If you are not sure of your model/series and the part you need please ask before purchasing. This is disc #5 which is the fourth disc in counting from the dial and sits next to the metal disc. Brand new from a complete set so may shows signs of minor wear from handling. Does not include instructions. Many videos can be found online how to take apart and repair your dumbbells. Very easy to do with a just a couple tools. OEM Part not 3D printed. These are only compatible with Bowflex models. They are not compatible with any aftermarket or replica models.
